"Adrian was the best waitress I have ever had (7/17/2026). I went in there with 5 kids solo (was baby sitting 2 different groups of kids) and she made it the easiest thing in the world. She addressed each child, got their sodas, prepped the table before the pizza came and even brought over a pitcher for refills. Once we finished eating, she even helped me box up a few leftover slices. The order only came up to $83 but I left her a full $20 because she was amazing. Every waitress should work like her."

"I ordered a pizza from this location and I was getting in my car, I dropped it. When I went back into the store, the entire staff was so empathetic and kind to me. Paul, Sofiya, Alexa were so amazing and they told me to not worry about anything. They remade the pizza within minutes at no charge and made my day. Thank you all for your kindness and the best customer service of all time!!!"

"Last night-June 25, we ordered: 1 small cheese pizza= $12.50 Ordered another small pizza and asked for Broccoli, Mushrooms, White Onion & Cherry Tomatoes = $30.25! So, it was $4.50 for each “add on” to this pizza, all of which was sparse on the top. Broccoli straight out of a frozen packet, Mushrooms were very few, Tomatoes were only just ripe and a few onions. The pizza base was so soggy it was difficult to eat it with a knife and fork, let alone be able to pick it up from the plate! We were billed for Two Michelob Ultras and THREE Nobilo Sav Blanc wines, when only TWO Wines were ordered, thus being charged another $11.50! My fault for not checking the bill completely and paid the total amount of $99.78 Johanna, the server was most pleasant. After having been a regular customer of Regina’s Pizza for many, many years, we will NOT be returning. The quality has certainly gone way down and their Menus are now very limited. I do NOT recommend."

"It's TRUE. Check the soggy pizzas!! Sometimes its good and others is awful. I had it remade after the "manager" told me it was soggy because I ordered extra cheese!😂 Yeah, okay. So the remake had less cheese and why was the middle still a mess! Gross wet bread! Also never order their buffalo tenders. My whole order was messed up, the smaller pizza as well! Chicken was rubbery and inedible and also soggy, and the breading was all falling off! What a waste of money. Called when I got home and this manager was trying to argue with me that nothing was wrong with my order that I just didnt like it! The KM denied putting the wrong sauce on the small pizza so that means I was lying! I can't eat certain sauces because of digestive issues. When I ordered I was very specific about it and they were understanding. All he kept trying to repeat was that I should have waited another 20 minutes to REMAKE THE OTHER PIZZA AFTER ALREADY WAITING TO REMAKE THE LARGE. I have kids with me and it was Halloween! Don't appreciate the accusations and argument from the so called manager AT ALL!"
